The patient journey

A menopause service end to end.

Built for women who want clear, quick access to HRT and for the clinicians responsible for prescribing it safely.

  • 01
Online consultationA clinician-approved menopause questionnaire, with shorter versions your clinical lead signs off, so patients finish it and clinicians get what they need.
  • 02
Clinician review and prescribingA prescriber reviews every consultation and chooses the treatment from your formulary: oestrogen-only, combined or vaginal oestrogen, in line with NICE guidance (NG23). Prescriber discretion applies.
  • 03
Blood tests when they helpNICE NG23 says perimenopause and menopause can usually be diagnosed from symptoms in women over 45 without a blood test. Where testing is clinically useful, for example in younger women or for a wider hormone or women's health panel, it is one click: home kit, Tasso+, nurse visit or partner clinic.
  • 04
Video consultationOffer a paid video consultation alongside the online assessment for patients who want to talk it through.
  • 05
Dispensing and deliveryPrescriptions go to our GPhC-registered pharmacy partner, dispensed and posted in plain packaging with tracking.
  • 06
Reviews and repeatsScheduled check-ins and repeat orders, with patients able to bring a review forward and clinicians seeing the full history on one record.
  • 07
Extras patients ask forAdd menopause supplements as add-ons, and a testosterone-for-women pathway once your clinical lead approves the product and protocol (an off-label use, so prescriber discretion applies).
Blood collection

Four ways to take the blood, one results flow.

Hormone and women's health panels can be taken at home or by a professional. Results come back to the same patient record.

Home finger-prick kit

Posted to the patient with tracked delivery and a prepaid return pack. The everyday choice for testosterone, women's health, weight-loss and monitoring panels.

At home

Tasso+ upper-arm device

The patient presses one button on the upper arm and the device collects the sample. No finger prick, which suits patients who find lancets hard.

At home

Nurse home visit

A nurse visits the patient at home and takes a venous sample, for panels that need one such as the TRT confirmatory profile.

Venous, at home

Partner clinic

A venous draw at a partner clinic near the patient, where the laboratory's clinic network covers their area.

Venous, in clinic
Kits and visits are ordered automatically once the patient pays, through our API connections to national UK laboratory partners. The patient's mobile number is taken at checkout and passed to the lab, so they get texts about their kit and a call to book any visit. Your team can also order a test for a patient from another platform, with a payment link or as already paid.

Included

The platform behind the service.

Your own patient site

Product pages, a short checkout that asks only what the lab and prescriber need, and a patient account with results, orders and messages, on your domain.

Results reviewed before release

Every result waits for a clinician, who releases it with a note. Patients get a results report in your brand, never the lab's, and can follow each marker over time.

Abnormal result escalations

When the laboratory escalates a result, the care team is alerted by level and deadline, records each contact with the patient and acknowledges it to the lab.

Allocation for your clinicians

Allocate patients to prescribers, let senior clinicians pull more work, and let any prescriber escalate a case to a colleague with a reason.

Payments and repeat billing

Card and wallet payments, a saved card for later tests and treatment, and billing per delivery that stays in step with what the pharmacy sends.

Emails and texts in your brand

Kit, booking, results and delivery messages carry your name and colours, with appointment links staff can resend by email or SMS.

FAQ

HRT clinic questions, answered.

Do women need a blood test before starting HRT?
Usually not. NICE guidance (NG23) says perimenopause and menopause can be diagnosed from symptoms in women over 45 without a blood test. Testing is used where it is clinically useful, for example in women under 45, and the platform makes it simple when your clinicians want it.
Can we prescribe HRT online in the UK?
Yes, with a registered prescriber who assesses each patient and a registered pharmacy that dispenses. Clinics providing regulated activities in England also need CQC registration. On PExpo, dispensing runs through our GPhC-registered pharmacy partner.
Do we need our own prescribers?
Clinics with prescribers use their own team. Brands without one launch on the white-label model with registered UK prescribers from our clinical network.
Which ways can patients give a blood sample?
A home finger-prick kit, a Tasso+ upper-arm device, a nurse home visit or a venous draw at a partner clinic, all through our national UK laboratory partners.
How long does it take to launch?
Typically 3 to 6 weeks from signing, depending on your branding, formulary and clinical sign-off.
Can we offer TRT and blood tests as well?
Yes. The same platform runs TRT and stand-alone blood testing, so one patient account covers every service.
