Your appointment menu

Any appointment, priced your way.

Set up as many appointment types as you like. Each one has its own lengths and prices, video, phone or both, the clinicians who take it and the questions patients answer when they book.

After the call

One screen to prescribe, test or refer.

01

Notes and outcome

The clinician writes notes and records the outcome: prescribe, blood tests, advice only, refer or not suitable.

02

Prescribe anything

From your medicine list with prices ready, or anything else typed in and priced by the clinician or left for the pharmacy to price.

03

Their pharmacy or ours

Free delivery from our partner pharmacy, or the e-signed prescription emailed to the patient's own UK pharmacy.

04

Tests and letters

Order blood tests from the same screen, and write referral or GP letters to download or email.

Built in

Flexible payment, signed and traceable.

Charge the saved card

With the patient's agreement on the call, recorded with how and when they agreed. No card details typed by staff.

Payment links by text or email

Send a link while you are still on the phone; the patient pays in a minute with any card or wallet.

Pharmacy prices it

Medicines not on your list go to a Needs pricing queue: the pharmacist prices them and charges the saved card or sends a link. Once paid, it is dispensed.

A signature for every prescription

Each prescriber has their own signing certificate. Every prescription gets its own signature and check code, kept in a permanent trail.

Pharmacies can check it

A public check page shows who signed a prescription and whether it is still valid, without showing the patient's details. Dispensing is confirmed in one click.

Safe by default

Prescribing only by registered prescribers, Schedule 2 and 3 controlled drugs not prescribed online, and medicine names never sent to payment companies.

Two ways to run it

  • Your clinicians set their hours and take the appointments

FAQ

Appointment questions, answered.

Does PExpo offer appointments to the public?
No. PExpo runs appointments for clinics and brands, who offer them to patients under their own name, on their own website and prices.
Which kinds of appointment can we offer?
Any you set up: private GP appointments, specialist consultations, ADHD assessments, diabetes, hormone and menopause reviews, blood test reviews and more. Each has its own lengths, prices, questions and clinicians.
Video, phone or both?
Both. Each appointment type can be video, phone or either, with several lengths, each with its own price. Video calls run in the browser with no app; for phone appointments the clinician calls the number the patient gave.
Who are the clinicians?
Your own clinicians if you are a clinic, or registered UK prescribers from our clinical network on the white-label model. They set their own hours, and patients only see free times.
How are prescriptions signed?
Electronically, by the prescriber. Each prescriber has their own signing certificate, every prescription gets its own signature and check code, and every signature is kept in a permanent trail. Pharmacies can check any prescription online.
Can the patient use their own pharmacy?
Yes. The clinician can send the signed prescription to the patient's chosen UK pharmacy by email, or to our partner pharmacy for free delivery. Schedule 2 and 3 controlled drugs are not prescribed online.
How do patients pay for medicine after the call?
However suits you: the card saved at booking (with the patient's agreement recorded), a payment link by text or email, or our pharmacy prices and charges it. Medicines not on the list can be typed in and priced by the clinician or the pharmacy.
Can patients cancel?
Yes, from their account. You set how many hours before the appointment they can cancel for a full refund.
