Collection methods

Four ways to take the blood.

Choose per test what your patients are offered. Capillary panels run on a home kit or Tasso+; venous panels on a nurse home visit or a partner clinic draw.

Home finger-prick kit

Posted to the patient with tracked delivery and a prepaid return pack. The everyday choice for testosterone, women's health, weight-loss and monitoring panels.

At home

Tasso+ upper-arm device

The patient presses one button on the upper arm and the device collects the sample. No finger prick, which suits patients who find lancets hard.

At home

Nurse home visit

A nurse visits the patient at home and takes a venous sample, for panels that need one such as the TRT confirmatory profile.

Venous, at home

Partner clinic

A venous draw at a partner clinic near the patient, where the laboratory's clinic network covers their area.

Venous, in clinic
Kits and visits are ordered automatically once the patient pays, through our API connections to national UK laboratory partners. The patient's mobile number is taken at checkout and passed to the lab, so they get texts about their kit and a call to book any visit. Your team can also order a test for a patient from another platform, with a payment link or as already paid.
From sample to decision

Every route ends in one record.

However the blood is taken, results land on the patient's record with clear ranges, so a prescriber reviews, adds a note and releases them before the patient sees anything.

The results experience

Results your patients actually understand.

Every result is delivered in a clean, mobile-first overview: biomarker by biomarker, with reference ranges and plain-English status flags. Shown here in PExpo Diagnostics sample branding; your patients see it in yours.

  • 01
Reference ranges on every markerEach biomarker is reported against its reference range with a clear optimal / low / high flag.
  • 02
Clinical review built inResults route into a clinical review step, so out-of-range findings become a conversation, not just a number.
  • 03
Your brand end to endLogo, colours and domain are yours, from the kit on the doormat to the results on the phone.
Built in

Safe by default, branded throughout.

Your own patient site

Product pages, a short checkout that asks only what the lab and prescriber need, and a patient account with results, orders and messages, on your domain.

Results reviewed before release

Every result waits for a clinician, who releases it with a note. Patients get a results report in your brand, never the lab's, and can follow each marker over time.

Abnormal result escalations

When the laboratory escalates a result, the care team is alerted by level and deadline, records each contact with the patient and acknowledges it to the lab.

Allocation for your clinicians

Allocate patients to prescribers, let senior clinicians pull more work, and let any prescriber escalate a case to a colleague with a reason.

Payments and repeat billing

Card and wallet payments, a saved card for later tests and treatment, and billing per delivery that stays in step with what the pharmacy sends.

Emails and texts in your brand

Kit, booking, results and delivery messages carry your name and colours, with appointment links staff can resend by email or SMS.

FAQ

Blood testing questions, answered.

Does PExpo sell blood tests directly to the public?
No. PExpo runs blood testing for clinics and brands, who offer it to patients under their own name. To see it live, visit Farmeci or My London Pharmacy.
Which ways can patients give a blood sample?
Four: a home finger-prick kit, the Tasso+ upper-arm device (no finger prick), a nurse home visit for a venous sample, or a venous draw at a partner clinic near the patient where the laboratory's clinic network covers their area.
Who analyses the samples?
Our national UK laboratory partners, connected by API. Kits and visits are ordered automatically after payment, samples travel on tracked logistics both ways, and results come back with reference ranges for every marker.
Who reviews the results?
A clinician, before the patient sees anything. Your own prescribers if you are a clinic, or registered prescribers from our clinical network on the white-label model. Patients get a results report in your brand with the clinician's note.
What happens if a result is abnormal?
The laboratory escalates it with a level and a deadline. Your care team is alerted at once and again before the deadline, records each contact with the patient, and a clinician acknowledges it to the lab after reviewing the results.
Can we use it for TRT and HRT?
Yes. Blood testing powers our TRT clinic and HRT and menopause clinic services, and works on its own as a stand-alone test range.
Can we customise the panels?
Yes. The launch menu covers the highest-demand pathways, and we configure additional or bespoke panels, subject to laboratory scope and clinical governance review.
Do you publish pricing?
Blood testing is quoted per partnership, based on panel mix, collection methods and volumes. Create your clinic account or tell us about your brand and we will put a proposal together.

Offer blood tests under your brand.

Tell us about your clinic or brand and the pathways you want to test for. We'll come back with a panel configuration and launch plan.
